This here watch, they call it High imitation Rolex Two-tone Blue Submariner. Sounds fancy, huh? Well, it ain’t cheap, but it sure looks like a million bucks. My neighbor, she got one, and she’s always showing it off. Makes me a little jealous, I gotta say.
What’s this Two-tone Thing?
So, this two-tone thing, it’s like when you mix stuff. Like when I make my stew, I put in all sorts of things, right? This watch, it’s got two kinds of metal. Gold and silver, I reckon. Or something like that. Makes it look real special, like you got something important on your wrist.
And blue, well, that’s a pretty color. Reminds me of the sky on a good day, or that blue dress I used to wear to dances when I was a young’un. This watch, it’s got a blue face, they call it. That’s where the numbers are, you know? Makes it stand out, I guess.

Why People Like Them Rolex Watches?
They say these Rolex watches, they’re the best. Don’t know if that’s true, but folks sure do like ’em. Maybe ’cause they’re expensive? Like, if you got one, you must be doing alright for yourself. Or maybe they just keep time good? I don’t know, my old clock does just fine.
But this Submariner one, that’s for diving, I hear. Now, I ain’t never been diving, but I guess if you’re gonna go down in the water, you need a good watch. This one, they say it can go real deep. Deeper than I’d ever wanna go, that’s for sure!
This Fake Rolex is a Real Deal
Now, this one I’m talking about, it ain’t a real Rolex. It’s a high imitation, they call it. Means it looks just like the real thing, but it don’t cost as much. My neighbor, she wouldn’t tell me where she got hers, but I seen ’em online. You can get ’em for a lot less than a real one. If a real one is like a new car, this is like getting a used one, but looks brand new.
I heard some folks say you gotta be careful with these fake Rolex watches. Some of them are junk, they say. But if you find a good one, it’s like finding a four-leaf clover. Lucky! I looked at some websites, but they all look the same to me. How’s a person supposed to know which one is good?
Two-tone Datejust, What’s That?
And then there’s this Two-tone Datejust. That’s another kind of Rolex, I guess. Also has the two metals, the gold and silver. Sounds like it’s for fancy folks, going to parties and such. Me, I’d rather have the Submariner. Looks tougher, you know? Like it could handle anything.
My old man, he had a watch. Wasn’t a Rolex, but it was his favorite. Wore it every day, even when he was working in the fields. That watch saw a lot of life. Got banged up, scratched, but it kept on ticking. That’s what I want in a watch. Something that lasts.
This High Tone Thing, Sounds Like Music
Then there’s this High Tone thing. It’s not a watch. I think it is some kind of music. I heard it’s loud. Young people like that, I guess. Reminds me of them barn dances we used to have. All that stomping and hollering. This High Tone, it’s like that, but with different sounds. They call it Dub. I don’t know about that, but it’s got a good beat, I suppose.
How Much for a Watch Like This?
Now, if you want a real Rolex Submariner, you better have deep pockets. I seen the prices, and they’re enough to make your eyes water. We’re talking thousands, here. More than I make in a year, that’s for sure. Like I said, if you got that kind of money to throw away, must be nice.
But this high imitation one, that’s a different story. You can get one of those for a few hundred, maybe. Still a lot of money, but not like buying a whole house. Maybe if I save up, I could get one. But then again, what do I need a fancy watch for? Just to show off like my neighbor? I’d rather spend that money on a new dress, or a good meal.
Be Careful, Don’t Get Tricked!
My old man always said, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” That’s what I think about these fake Rolex watches. You gotta be careful, or you might end up with a piece of junk. Like buying a pig in a poke, you don’t know what you’re getting until you get it home.
I read online, there’s ways to tell if a Rolex is real or not. But it all sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me. Something about the numbers, and the way it’s made. I’d rather just trust my gut. If it feels right, it probably is. If it feels wrong, best to walk away.
Maybe One Day, I’ll Get Me One
So, this High imitation Rolex Two-tone Blue Submariner, it’s a nice watch. I wouldn’t mind having one, I suppose. But it ain’t something I need. Maybe one day, when I’ve got some extra money, I’ll get me one. Until then, I’ll just keep on wearing my old watch. It may not be fancy, but it tells the time just fine. And that’s all that really matters, ain’t it?
It is a pretty watch, though. That blue color, it really catches your eye. And the way the light hits it, makes it sparkle. Like a little piece of the sky on your wrist. Maybe that’s why people like them so much. Makes them feel special, I guess. Like they got a little piece of something precious.
