Okay, here is my sharing about the Rolex Black Submariner.
I’ve always been into watches, you know, the ones that look good and don’t cost a fortune. So, I got this idea to get a high imitation Rolex Black Submariner. I mean, who wouldn’t want a Rolex, right? But the real ones, they’re way too expensive. So, I went for a high imitation one instead. You can’t find the real ones anyway.
I started looking around, checking out some online stores and forums. I didn’t want anything too cheap, you know? It had to look good, at least from a distance. After a few days of searching, I found this one website that seemed legit. They had all sorts of high imitation watches, and the Black Submariner they had looked pretty decent in the pictures.
- First, I read through the descriptions, checked out the specs. It said it had automatic movement, stainless steel case, and all that.
- Then, I looked at the customer reviews. Most of them were positive, saying the watch looked and felt like the real deal.
- Finally, I decided to pull the trigger. I added the watch to my cart, filled in my details, and paid for it. It was a bit of a gamble, but hey, you only live once, right?
A few weeks later, the package arrived. I was pretty excited, to be honest. I opened it up, and there it was, the high imitation Black Submariner. It looked good, I gotta say. It had some weight to it, felt solid. I put it on, and it fit perfectly. I wore it around for a few days, showing it off to my friends. They were impressed, too. Most of them couldn’t even tell it was a fake.
But here’s the thing, after a while, I started noticing some small details. I mean, the one is not perfect, I know that. The date window wasn’t perfectly aligned, and the cyclops lens, you know, the magnifier thingy, it wasn’t as clear as it should be. And the movement, it wasn’t as smooth as a real Rolex. It was automatic, yeah, but it had this slight ticking sound that a real one wouldn’t have. In addition, it’s not waterproof enough. But it’s OK for me.
My thoughts
So, what’s the verdict? Well, it’s a good watch for the price. I mean, it’s not a real Rolex, let’s be honest. But it looks good, it feels good, and it keeps time well enough. If you want a watch that looks like a Rolex but doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg, then yeah, go for a high imitation one. Just don’t expect it to be perfect, and don’t try to pass it off as a real one. That’s just not cool. I wear it sometimes, especially when I go out. And I don’t really care if someone notices it’s not genuine.
Would I buy another high imitation watch? Maybe. It depends on the watch, I guess. But for now, I’m happy with my Black Submariner. It’s a nice addition to my collection, and it didn’t break the bank. That’s all that matters, right?
